We are not going to resort to the discredited patent medicine of wage and price controls.
I intend to veto Congressional actions that would raise that spending above the budget.
Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it.
Therefore, I am today transmitting a legislative proposal to establish a Cost of Living Task Force.
