Richard Nixon: “Young men, the best advice I can give you is to marry for money and practice law for love.”

It is regrettable that the Congress has seen fit to add to a bill of such importance to our national security a rider adversely affecting the constitutional separation of powers.

And as I leave, let me say, that is an example I think all of us should remember.

Always remember, others may hate you, but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them, and then you destroy yourself.
