Richard Nixon: “The time for meaningful negotiations has therefore arrived.”

This house has a great heart, and that heart comes from those who serve.

Always remember, others may hate you, but those who hate you don't win unless you hate them, and then you destroy yourself.

And as I leave, let me say, that is an example I think all of us should remember.
