When should that group get insurance who are poor, poor uninsured, unemployed, and who in the final analysis the Federal Government should support? I agree with you. At what point in time should we have that in place? By the end of this decade or when?

we are not being asked to contribute anything to pay for that war. Lower income people maybe are.
I think we have to ask ourselves, how do we do more good than harm in eliminating the compensation arrangements.
I can count on maybe one hand the Democrats who support vouchers or similar proposals.
