Doesn't Congress see that President Clinton's ratings, among the American people, are holding steady? Can't Congress grasp the fact that we've had enough? Isn't it glaringly clear that pursuing this matter with the level of ruthlessness and aggression can ultimately serve no greater public good? Is Congress completely blind to the fact that the collective mind and spirit of the United States of America will suffer a massive societal depression should it succeed in its effort to destroy President Clinton?
