These are massive problems in an inflationary period that is absolutely backbreaking to our constituents and frankly I think Americans around the country because we don't have the adequate resources and in my opinion the adequate infrastructure needed to meet the energy demands of our people.

It is not the lack of money. I respect the $37 billion investment request here. If I was in charge, I would give you more. But it is the policies that are broken.
