I am honored to be here with my colleagues, as you hold this critically important hearing on the growing and deadly dangers prescription drug abuse poses to our Nation.

I sincerely hope that our subcommittee, working closely together, can give them a reason to make 'Made in America' matter again.

There is no question our doctors are working too hard, and ultimately this comes out of their patient visit, they are scrambling because healthcare is squeezed more and more and more, and this is a part of the problem.

We believe that China absolutely must allow its currency to appreciate.
