I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, line 10, insert after the period the following: ``Such term does not include a rule that would prevent or reduce the number of workers suffering electrocutions or other fatalities associated with working on high voltage transmission and distribution lines.''. Page 10, after line 13, insert the following: (c) Additional Exception.--Section 202 shall not apply to a rule that would prevent or reduce the number of workers suffering electrocutions or other fatalities associated with working on high voltage transmission and distribution lines. Page 10, line 14, strike ``(c)'' and insert ``(d)''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 738, the gentlewoman from California (Ms. Woolsey) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentlewoman from California.
