You know what's interesting about that. That's where law enforcement. The FBI has investigated this. The Senate had bipartisan committees and come back and you know what they have found, that there's no involvement.

It really comes down to infrastructure, that it's not just the bridges that need to be resilient or tunnels that need to be constructed to remove those impediments.

The EEOC should also reiterate the plain language of Title VII prohibiting racial discrimination in everything it does through guidance, public statements, data collection, litigation, or otherwise.
