I think the chairman has laid out all the statistics, and I am sure we will hear from Mr. Denham on those statistics.

It is our responsibility and our stewardship to make the decisions of where our tax dollars go.

What that is doing is saying we have a responsibility to the taxpayers.

If they don't do it right, they are going to wreck havoc all along the way.
