I don't know a single person who would consider that a desirable outcome.

It is an insult to science and to fact when we continue to represent things in that way.

I just don't know how anyone can oppose this piece of legislation. It is such common sense, and hardly controversial.

We are choosing to overreach, to look for opportunities to stick it to other folks that are also affected by this drought.
