In America, while drug use among youth has trended down from 2019 to 2020, overdose deaths have increased 94 percent from 2019 to 2020 and 20 percent from 2020 to 2021. In the same period, drug trafficking organizations have changed marketing tactics, creating rainbow or multicolored fentanyl tablets.…”
