I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 81, line 3, strike ``3'' and insert ``2''. Page 81, line 12, strike ``and''. Page 81, line 15, strike the period and insert ``; and''. Page 81, after line 15, insert the following: ``(vi) 1 member shall be a representative of a wildlife entity that primarily focuses on waterfowl.''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 362, the gentleman from California (Mr. Calvert) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
