I think Mr. Cole makes a good point, that Indian health, unfortunately was lost in the process somewhere.

We have shortchanged Indian health for a long time and this is a way to help fix that problem.

We can only hope that the Fiscal Year 2016 budget goes forward, that we can restore some sanity to the budget process.
