I think what we are seeing here is that municipalities and cities, counties, across the country are telling us with their choice of how to use these funds that childcare is one of the biggest needs.

We have a childcare crisis in this country.

Because of that, in your experience do oil and gas companies deliberately pick low-income and frontline communities for their facilities?

Dr. Sheats, this is a map of abandoned and active oil wells in Southern California.

They are not, so many of them are allowed to leave. A lot of them just abandon ship and these are what we now call brownfields in our communities.

A lot of times, like I said, there is even a negative declaration. So, it doesn't even undergo a process which allows for the continued systemic placing of these facilities near our homes.

And my understanding is that the Environmental Justice For All Act, one of the ways it would address that is to amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to prohibit discrimination based on disparate impact.

Oil is the hottest sector, and Wall Street analysts see upside of up to 48% for favored stocks.

But the fact that we see that kind of widespread pulling, that 80 percent of Americans understand that elected leaders should be putting the people`s interest before their own interest reassures me a lot.

We need to be earning back their trust. And the way to do that is to hold ourselves to a higher standard. And so, we need to simply be in trading stocks by members of Congress.

The judiciary should be held to the same kind of high standard and earning the public`s trust that members of Congress are.

I find that reassuring, Chris, that the American people across the board understand that we need to be able to trust our elected leaders.

Well, Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi was wrong. I`m glad that she`s changed her mind. I think that`s a marker of leadership.

You know, when or if the NTSB or OIG decides that these railcars are actually defective, and could actually cause an accident, if that happens I would certainly hope you would be developing a plan.

the American Rescue Plan which congress passed into law very quickly upon President Biden`s election actually has resulted in really fast economic growth.

If we do not pass legislation to allow Medicare to negotiate drug prices, we are losing $8 billion a year.
