I say to the gentleman, suppose Pacific Lumber Co. jumped through all the hoops to get a habitat conservation plan, spent the hundreds of thousands of dollars and took the months or years to accomplish it. Do we have information that suggests what activities they might be permitted to carry out on their land, having spent the hundreds of thousands of dollars and the months to obtain such a plan?
