I will not rest while there's a lever left to throw.

I believe cap-and-trade legislation is a tax, and that regulations which penalize energy producers for producing more energy than needed are the best way to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gases.

Doing that means creating more jobs. And that's what President Obama has asked me to focus on.

Collectively and collaboratively, we will continue to empower American businesses to drive our economy and to build on the nearly 4 million jobs that have been created over just the past 2 years.
