What the Chinese are doing is literally like army ants, systematically stripping every piece of intellectual property, anything of value.

Doing that means creating more jobs. And that's what President Obama has asked me to focus on.

If America is to take advantage of the extraordinary talent of its people, we have to remove the obstacles in front of its entrepreneurs and innovators--whether in a Federal lab or a neighborhood garage.

I believe these trade agreements are beneficial and should be enacted as quickly as possible.
