But what puts the fear in me is that deficits are growing beyond our will to control it.

I do agree with the fact that we need to start developing a plan to combat long-term deficit growth.

It means that we will need to be fiscally responsible when it comes to our spending and, yes, raise the revenue to do it.

California pays more in federal taxes than they receive in federal spending.

The 2017 tax law's cap on state and local tax deduction creates challenges for state revenue agencies.

This administration has pursued policies that have sort of left them out to dry.

the Farmworker Modernization Act was a very, very important bill that I am proud to say has not only passed in a bipartisan basis in the House; it must be passed in the Senate and signed into law.
