While I am grateful that the administration acted so expeditiously and I commend FEMA for the manner in which they have reacted to this circumstance, as well as many others in the past, this declaration has opened the way for the public assistance.

I just hope it doesn't take another big blowup like what happened in Edison for you to move on some of these regulations, because it is going to be catastrophic.
I think everybody up here voted for the NEPA Reciprocity Act, NEPA/CEQA, so that we could streamline these projects.
