Mr. Kelly, once again here when the original vote was approved as a $33 billion project and we found out just a couple years later it was a $98.5 billion project.

I think everybody up here voted for the NEPA Reciprocity Act, NEPA/CEQA, so that we could streamline these projects.

Will it be high-speed from San Francisco to L.A.? That is one of the things that continues to be debated.
