Mr. Kelly, once again here when the original vote was approved as a $33 billion project and we found out just a couple years later it was a $98.5 billion project.

The question the other 49 States ask us when we are talking about funding and whether or not we have more Federal funding is what are you doing yourselves?

I think everybody up here voted for the NEPA Reciprocity Act, NEPA/CEQA, so that we could streamline these projects.
