“I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of title I, insert the following: SEC. 1__. JUDICIAL REVIEW FOR PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES. Section 330(e) of title 23, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in paragraph (2)(A) by striking ``2 years'' and inserting ``150 days as set forth in section 139(l)''; and (2) in paragraph (3)(B)(i) by striking ``2 years'' and inserting ``150 days as set forth in section 139(l)''.
