JUDICIAL REVIEW FOR PROPOSED ALTERNATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES. Section 330(e) of title 23, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in paragraph (2)(A) by striking ``2 years'' and inserting ``150 days as set forth in section 139(l)''; and (2) in paragraph (3)(B)(i) by striking ``2 years'' and inserting ``150 days as set forth in section 139(l)''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 839, the gentleman from California (Mr. Denham) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
