I think our ports are some of our most vulnerable entryways into this country.

I couldn't agree with you more, especially at a time when we need more, not fewer providers for these services.

I've been troubled to see in recent years the percent share of funding for these vital missions has just decreased.

I certainly want to make our aid more efficient and accountable, but not if it means compromising a critical industry for our national security.
