I think you have heard from a number of us today about our dissatisfaction with what we have heard. I can just state for myself that we are going to fix this this year.

I am deeply skeptical that the program has improved over time.

What we need more than anything are dedicated legal personnel at each base that can provide the legal advice and counsel for families.
