We want the Army to look like our Nation. In 2040, our Nation will be majority minority.

I would agree, you could have gotten that a little bit better, because in some respects it reinforces the notion that women aren't really welcomed in the Marines.

Well, what happens if those billets are mental health professionals? I mean, one of the issues that we have talked about a lot today is the fact that we need more mental health providers.

So the question becomes, if it is basically stagnant, is that actually savings, because we are not seeing a cost of living increase?

I want to know where that money is going.

What we have seen since the budget year 2015 is an actual reduction in the cost of providing military health by about at least a billion dollars.

I am not confident that we are providing the level of mental health services we need.

I mean, we do have the facts in front of us. We have a whistle-blower complaint that the president himself corroborated with the summary of the phone call that establishes that there was bribery.

Because they care more about being re-elected than they do about the state of the country.
