Executive Order No. 5349 of May 12, 1930, reserving and setting apart, for use of the Department of Agriculture as a refuge and breeding ground for wild animals and birds, Bird or Hat Island, located about three miles north of Carrington Island, in Great Salt Lake, Utah, approximately in what would be, if surveyed, sec. 25, T. 4 N., R. 7 W., Salt Lake meridian, is hereby revoked.
