That any woman who marries a citizen of the United States after the passage of the Act, or any woman whose husband is naturalized after the passage of the Act, shall not become a citizen of the United States by reason of such marriage or naturalization.

I have today signed the bill authorizing the transfer of the cases of juvenile delinquents from the Federal system of criminal justice to juvenile courts in their home communities, provided these juvenile courts are willing to accept them.
There is little need for me to express the gratitude which I know the whole country holds for this great service now added to a life of long devotion to public welfare.
