The campaign will be conducted and managed entirely by Chairman Sanders and the Republican organization.
It is folly for the world to go on breaking its back over military expenditure, and the United States is willing to take its share of responsibility by making definite proposals that will relieve the world.
There is little need for me to express the gratitude which I know the whole country holds for this great service now added to a life of long devotion to public welfare.
