“It is hereby ordered that the portion of Fort William H. Seward Military Reservation (now Chilkoot Barracks), in Alaska, described as the Clay Reserve, which was transferred to the control of the Secretary of the Interior by Executive Order No. 4131, dated January 22, 1925, under the act of July 5, 1884 (23 Stat. 103-104), be, and the same is hereby, withdrawn for the use of the Alaska Road Commission; and when no longer needed by said commission, the lands are to be returned to the control of the Secretary of the Interior for disposal under the act of March 27, 1928 (45 Stat. 371), or as may be otherwise provided by law.”
