In closing I would like to say that our case to the American people... we are changing America for the better. We are not playing silly games, and we are determined to do that, and that is our job. And I hope people will realize that the changes that we want to make through a balanced budget process, by localizing government, by privatizing government, will make America a better place, will make America a better place not only for you and I, but for every American in this country.
