Mr. Speaker, that is why I think the President's plan is wise, because it relies on diversifying our energy sources. We in California are far too reliant on natural gas, as the gentleman mentioned, and one can never put all our eggs in one basket and not expect to suffer at some point in time. So that is why I applaud the President for not just concentrating on say natural gas reserves or supplies, but also on some of the other Nation's resources, like coal reserves, renewable energy sources, nuclear energy and such. Those are all, I think maybe not equally dependent on all of them, but they all have to be a good part of our energy mix, and that is why I applaud the President for making sure that that is a part of this energy plan.
