I would like to recognize the work of Representative Issa and also Representative Brendan F. Boyle of Pennsylvania. This, to me, I think is a great concept. I urge my colleagues to support this bill so that we can take care of those who take care of others, our first responders. Mr. Speaker, I yield back the balance of my time. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The SPEAKER pro tempore. In the opinion of the Chair, two-thirds being in the affirmative, the ayes have it.
