There have been numerous reports of senior executives at the GSEs meeting with Federal policymakers to advocate for being taken out of conservatorship.

I urge we use this responsibility and adopt this resolution.

Clearly there is strong bipartisan support for well-resourced, broad engagement in Africa.

I share the judge's sense of urgency on this and I think that is why we need fully funded programs.
