Duncan Hunter: “You are getting $70 million for the final design review, or the final design.”

Yes, it is just short of $5 billion a year.

The 2013 National Space Transportation Policy calls for the use of U.S. rockets for U.S. government payloads, with some minor exceptions that perhaps should be revisited anyway.

But they also cut another $700 million past that, and that was mostly going toward shoreside infrastructure?

Our entire way of life is dependent on space. And our, not enemies necessarily, but our competitors know that.
