I have a bill called the DRIVE-Safe Act. There is a companion bill in the Senate.

We are not going to have a driverless ship. Every Navy ship will be captained.

I respectfully urge the Speaker to immediately schedule this important bill. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The gentleman is not recognized for debate. ____________________
