Again, I want to thank the gentleman from West Virginia and my colleague from California (Mr. Garamendi) and the great staffs that spent time on this and, of course, the great Howard Coble, who said in one of his elections probably about 10 years ago when he was down by a few hundred votes, I called him up on it election night and his answer was, ``Look good, feel good.'' That is the great Howard Coble. Mr. Speaker, I urge my colleagues to support this bill, and I yield back the balance of my time.
