Last year, we were able to fill San Luis Reservoir 100 percent. This year, there was a vast amount, like 95 percent, of cut-down in running the pumps.

Now, if you were a miner, if you were anybody else, that would probably be life in prison for what they are doing there.

The Clean Water Act and many other environmental measures have been weaponized to stop people from doing most things.

But that costs a lot of money to the taxpayers. We always say Government needs to do something. It is the taxpayers that pays for all of this.
