But that costs a lot of money to the taxpayers. We always say Government needs to do something. It is the taxpayers that pays for all of this.

I did want to speak on H.R. 6368, the Indian Buffalo Management Act, and I am glad to work on that with Mrs. Peltola.
But it shouldn't require you having to come hat in hand to this place and ask a Congress Member to run a bill so you can purchase a piece of land that might be surplus already to the government.
