I also want to express our deep appreciation to Congressman Doug LaMalfa as the prime sponsor of this bill.

We are turning our economy up on its head because of CO2 and the hype that is being made by all the regulators on this.

The tradition of buffalo is very strong in New Mexico, so I am glad to see this legislation before us once again.

I am pretty big on the privacy side, sir. So, I think let's design a system where people aren't being followed around even more so just for the Government to take money from them, right.
