So, let's shift gears to high-speed rail in California, one of my favorite things to talk about since it is such a boondoggle and a rat hole in my home State.

I always tell people, don't do what California does, it will just cost you.

We should pass this bill because the Indian people need it but also as a tribute to our dear friend Don Young.
