What percent of the atmosphere is CO2 that we're chasing here?
The tradition of buffalo is very strong in New Mexico, so I am glad to see this legislation before us once again.
Mrs. Napolitano's proposed legislation would hopefully allow that to be more widespread.
We have seen a history with Forest Service of over-reporting or even misrepresenting actual treated acreage.
