I can cite one example in my own district. Elderberry bushes are required to be basically untouched because an elderberry beetle may come along.

I always tell people, don't do what California does, it will just cost you.

I did want to speak on H.R. 6368, the Indian Buffalo Management Act, and I am glad to work on that with Mrs. Peltola.
