The tradition of buffalo is very strong in New Mexico, so I am glad to see this legislation before us once again.

So, Madam Chairwoman, from the doldrums of less than 1,000, the American Bison has rebounded so far to around 250,000 today.

And now they want to electrify everything from your car or your truck to your barbecue, OK? Because it is just a fad now.

But that costs a lot of money to the taxpayers. We always say Government needs to do something. It is the taxpayers that pays for all of this.
