I have got to say, this committee has been pretty good on getting with the program on WRDA the last 10 years.
the casino doesn't really fit within the spirit or actually comply with the law, harms other tribes, and should be rejected by the Department.
Farmers like the current conservation programs that are out there, EQIP and the others, but this new one here is going to require them to jump through hoops in order to maybe be competitive or not.
