Let me throw a couple questions here quick to Mr. Fisher and Mr. Stein.

So, better water years typically result in better fish runs is a pretty safe conclusion, I would say.

But that costs a lot of money to the taxpayers. We always say Government needs to do something. It is the taxpayers that pays for all of this.

So, we want in this program to not lose that land as tribe or tribal member ownership. That is the bottom line, right?
