So, we are talking about a pretty safe material here. And those folks that are trying to thwart that are really putting a lot of land, a lot of acres, a lot of wildlife, and a lot of people and communities in great harm.

So, we want in this program to not lose that land as tribe or tribal member ownership. That is the bottom line, right?
But it shouldn't require you having to come hat in hand to this place and ask a Congress Member to run a bill so you can purchase a piece of land that might be surplus already to the government.
We greatly appreciate the leadership of Representative Fischbach, Representative LaMalfa and Representative Thompson for the introduction of the HEN Act.
So, we are hellbent on forcing people into electric cars with minerals and metals that aren't even available.
