I understand some of your members are concerned about the Authority's use of eminent domain.

I have only been in Congress for about 5 months, but I served 2 years before that in the California State Legislature.

I truly do believe that was flawed from the day it was first put on the ballot.

It seems a lot of the concern is getting San Francisco and L.A. connected in a quick manner.
