That is one of the things I felt was pretty frustrating over the past few years from the groups that I have talked to, like self-help enterprises, I think there is, like, 2,000 homes or communities around the valley who have had to rely on tanks being installed and water trucks for their facilities because they don't have access or their wells are no longer producing water.
