But enforcement without reform will promote a race to the bottom that only hurts the American worker.

Losing those workers would be devastating. Fruits and vegetables would rot in the fields and American farms would go under.

The problem, of course, is that it is completely false. Immigrants often fill critical gaps in our own workforce.
